SHIPPING & HANDLING FAQs
Our orders are shipped via Canada post on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Standard Canada post delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping and handling fees only include the cost to deliver to package to you.
Our products are handcrafted goods and one of a kind so there will be slight variations to them. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your product.
Allow for 2 to 3 weeks (including shipping) for exchange if the item is in stock. Exchanges will be treated as new orders and shipping and handling charges will apply.
Allow up to 6 days after a return for your credit to show up on your card. Once your return is processed we will credit your credit card.
LOCAL PICKUP & SPECIAL ORDERS
We offer local weekend pick up for Calgary residents. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
We do not currently do not ship internationally. We will keep you posted when this becomes avalible.
